I was looking for rims to replace my steel ones and I had never ordered rims online before. So I was I little nervous. However, JP was quick to respond to all my inquires. I reside in Toronto and was told the rims were coming from Montreal. Given that this was the tail end of the holidays I aspected a wait. But to my surprise they arrived WAY quicker than I anticipated, and actually looked more glossy than in the photos. 🤩 I am so glad that I made this purchase. If you are considering buying rims, I strongly recommend purchasing from The Wheel Shop! I have already recommended it to a few of my friends.

This was my first time buying from the wheel shop and I was very impressed with the amazing service and quick transaction. I purchased 4 new rims for my SUV and after searching which rim matched best, I paid for my purchase and received a confirmation. The next day, the owner sent me a personal e-mail stating that he reviewed my order and wanted to suggest that I purchase another rim that would be a perfect match for my SUV, which I did not initially see when I went to purchase. I took his suggestion and he updated my order and did not charge any extra, even though the updated rims were a bit more. I received the rims 2 days later.
Overall, great service and I really appreciated the owner reaching out to provide a better option rim. Highly recommend!

Prompt delivery and exactly as ordered.
Ordered wheels, TPMS sensors and wheel nuts. Wheels ended up being backordered about a month but we were given regular updates for the ETA and they arrived quick after being shipped.
Also the Max Gen 5 sensors that were pre-programmed for our vehicle worked right out of the box with no trip to the dealer needed. All in all very happy with the wheels and service.
Thanks for the extra effort to deliver the wheels despite the backup at the Port of Montreal, and the Purolator mixup in Calgary. Tires were installed just in time for first snowfall.
Finally have a pair of these on the Smart car . Best winter tire for smart for two in my opinion. Will definitely be buying from here again !
