Poor quality but replaced rapidly

The hub caps broke just installing them on the car. The review was noticed by the management who assisted me with replacing them with a complete set of four. Received them as promised in a matter of a few days. Nice customer service, but that does not exempt them of being of poor cheap stiff plastic.
