Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order. You can choose one of the following options :
- Store credit
- A different product
- A refund to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges incurred to send the order to you, even if it was advertised as "free shipping." These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, all return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipment.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your return, our team will thoroughly inspect the item. Within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive an email confirmation detailing whether your return has been approved.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Please keep in mind the following exceptions:
- Returned items must be unused and show no visible signs of wear.
- Tires and wheels must never have been mounted or installed.
