Hub rings are not compatible with push-through center cap style

All wheels that use a push-through center cap style wont be compatible with hub rings.

The centerbore identified by the wheel manufacturer has been measured without any cap installed.

Once the cap is installed, these is no space left to clear the hub rings stepped lip.
